Euhomy Review: Countertop Ice Maker Specs, Prices, One-Year Warranty and Returns

Euhomy is an appliance brand, founded in 2020 according to its About page, that is best known for portable countertop ice makers. Its US website also sells under-counter and commercial ice machines, beverage and wine coolers, 12-volt car refrigerators, ice maker cleaners and a few other kitchen appliances. Countertop ice makers start at $89.99 and most cost $160 to $300; commercial machines and built-in beverage fridges run from about $310 to $1,300.
This review covers what Euhomy sells, the specs it lists for each machine, prices, shipping to the contiguous US, the 30-day return window and the one-year limited warranty.
At a glance Checked October 2026
Euhomy suits shoppers who want a countertop nugget, bullet, cube, crescent or sphere ice maker and can compare listed daily output, basket size and wattage. Ships within the contiguous US only. The key catch: change-of-mind returns must be undamaged and show no sign of use, so an ice maker you have already run may not qualify.
- Best for: Home kitchens, offices, RVs and home bars that want a portable ice maker; small businesses looking at an entry-level commercial machine.
- Typical price: $89.99–$499.99 for portable ice makers; $139.99–$799.99 for beverage fridges; $119.99–$799.99 for car fridges; $309.99–$1,299.99 for commercial ice machines.
- Shipping: Contiguous US only; no Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military addresses. No expedited option.
- Returns and warranty: 30-day money-back guarantee on undamaged products; buyer pays return shipping for non-defect returns. One-year limited warranty.
- Watch out for: Delivery estimates differ between pages, and safety certification marks are mentioned on some listings but not others.
What Euhomy sells
The US store listed about 60 products when we checked. Most fall into five groups:
- Portable ice makers: the Pearl nugget (chewable pellet ice) series, the Dart bullet ice makers, Tile cube ice makers, the Luna crescent ice makers, Rock sphere and square ice makers for clear ice, and a Jet SE nugget dispenser.
- Under-counter and commercial ice machines: the Lucid cube machines, a Moon SE crescent machine and the Lyra S1 nugget machine.
- Beverage and wine coolers: the Fizz countertop fridges (55 to 110 cans), Splash, Pulse and Spring under-counter models, and Still Max and Eden Plus wine coolers.
- Car refrigerators: Rover, Atlas and Voyge compressor fridges from 12 to 80 quarts.
- Accessories and other appliances: ice maker cleaners and tablets, an ice cream maker, and a few listings that were out of stock, including a 3.2 cu. ft. mini fridge with freezer and an espresso machine.

Specs to compare: output, basket, wattage and noise
Euhomy lists a daily ice output, wattage and dimensions on most ice maker pages, but basket size and noise level appear only on some. Figures below are as listed by the brand:
- Dart H1 Bullet ($89.99): up to 26 lbs per day, 170 watts, 11.57" D x 11.42" W x 8.74" H. The Silver version's page lists noise under 45 dB.
- Tile SE Cube ($119.99): 34 lbs per day, 143 watts, with an external water tank.
- Tile Plus Cube ($159.99): 45 lbs per day, 110 watts, 14.2" D x 9.9" W x 14.6" H, with auto-cleaning and scheduled ice making.
- Pearl H1 Nugget ($169.99–$179.99): 34 lbs per day, 129 watts, 1.8 lb removable basket, 1.2 qt water tank, 9.45" D x 11.61" W x 12.99" H; noise listed as under 50 dB.
- Pearl L1 Nugget ($189.99): about 35 lbs per day, 128 watts, 1.1 L water tank, 12.6" D x 10.2" W x 14.6" H; first ice in 7 to 10 minutes.
- Luna crescent ($249.99, or $269.99 with app control): 16 clear cubes per cycle in about 12 minutes, up to 28 lbs per day, 2.2 lb basket, 1.8 L tank, 9.4" W x 14.0" D x 15.6" H, 21.38 lbs.
- Rock SE Sphere ($299.99): 4 spheres per 40–45 minute cycle, up to 144 spheres or 22 lbs per day, storage for 56 spheres, 12.6 x 17.9 x 17.5 in, 37.8 lbs.
- Lucid M1 commercial cube ($309.99–$649.99): 100, 150 or 200 lbs per day; bins of 28.6, 28.6 and 44 lbs; R290 refrigerant. The feature text on the same page gives different figures, so rely on the spec table.
For drink fridges, the Fizz 60 lists a 40–61°F range, noise at or under 40 dB, R600a refrigerant and 16.9 x 16.2 x 18.5 in, 32.6 lbs. The Rover A1 car fridge (19 or 27 quarts) lists 45 W average consumption and 40 dB.
Safety marks: certifications are stated listing by listing, not across the range. Euhomy's pages say the Lucid M1 and L1 commercial machines are ETL certified, as are the Pearl H1, the Pulse 126 and 150 and the Splash 126 beverage fridges; the Pulse Dual 150 lists "ETL DOE CEC certification." Car fridge pages such as the Rover A1, A2 and Voyge L1 say "UL certified for energy efficiency," wording that refers to energy efficiency rather than a safety listing. We did not find a UL or ETL mark stated on the Pearl L1, Dart H1, Tile Plus, Rock SE or Fizz 60 pages we read; check the rating label or ask support if that matters to you.

Several listings show a higher crossed-out price, for example the Rock SE at $299.99 against $359.99. Budget for cleaning supplies too: Euhomy's FAQ suggests cleaning an ice maker about once a week, and its own cleaners cost $10.99 to $39.99.
Shipping
Orders from the US site ship only within the contiguous United States. Euhomy lists Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, other territories and Armed Forces addresses as areas it cannot deliver to, and expedited shipping is not available. The home page promotes free shipping; the shipping policy itself does not list a fee table.
Timing is less clear. The shipping policy gives an estimated 4 to 6 days for most areas; the FAQ says most items ship within 2 to 3 business days and delivery takes 5 to 10 days, and another FAQ answer says 3 to 7 days. Orders are sent by the warehousing company Euhomy works with, but the policy does not name a warehouse location. You can cancel an order yourself within one hour of placing it; once it enters shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Returns and warranty
Euhomy combines its return and warranty rules on one page:
- 30-day money-back guarantee: undamaged products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. For pre-orders, the 30 days start on the ship date. A separate refund policy page counts 30 days after delivery and asks for a "new, unassembled, and unused" product.
- Condition: items with visible wear, damage or signs of use are not eligible. Returns need all original accessories and the original packaging, and free gifts from a promotion must come back with the main item, or their MSRP is deducted.
- Opened appliances: because of the no-signs-of-use rule, an ice maker you have filled and run may be refused as a change-of-mind return. If you want the option, unbox carefully and inspect it before first use.
- Who pays: for non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping and Euhomy refunds only the product cost. Defective or transit-damaged items get a free return. No restocking fee is mentioned.
- Bulk orders: corporate purchases and orders of 10 or more of the same product are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund timing: after the item reaches the warehouse and passes inspection, typically 3 to 5 business days.
The one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for purchases from euhomy.com or official channels such as Amazon, Walmart and TikTok. It applies to the original owner only. Claims need proof of purchase, the serial number or photos of the defect, and a record of troubleshooting steps. Euhomy may send a factory-refurbished unit of equal value, a new unit if none is available, or a partial refund based on how long you used the machine. The site has an Activate Warranty form asking for your order ID, store of purchase, purchase date and model number; the page does not say that registering extends coverage. Normal wear, misuse, third-party repairs and unauthorized resellers are excluded.

Who should buy from Euhomy
- Nugget ice fans who want a countertop machine under $200, such as the Pearl H1 or Pearl L1.
- Home bartenders looking at clear crescent, sphere or square ice, with the Luna and Rock lines from $249.99.
- Small cafes or bars considering a lower-cost commercial cube machine, where the Lucid listings state ETL certification.
- Campers and RV owners comparing 12-volt compressor car fridges by quart size.
Look elsewhere if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory, need delivery by a fixed date, or want the freedom to test a machine and still return it without a defect.
Euhomy coupon codes
We did not find a verified public code at the time of writing, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. The site showed a seasonal sale banner and crossed-out prices on some listings, plus a newsletter sign-up in the footer and a free-shipping message on the home page. Any working offers we find are listed on our Euhomy coupons page.
Frequently asked questions
Does Euhomy ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
No. The US site ships only to the contiguous United States and lists Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses as excluded.
Can I return an ice maker I have already used?
Change-of-mind returns must be undamaged with no signs of use, so a used machine may be refused. Defects are handled under the one-year warranty instead.
How long is the Euhomy warranty?
One year, limited, for the original owner, covering purchases from Euhomy's site and official channels such as Amazon, Walmart and TikTok.
Are Euhomy ice makers UL or ETL listed?
It depends on the model. Some listings, including the Pearl H1 and Lucid commercial machines, state ETL certification; others we read do not mention a safety mark.
The bottom line
Euhomy offers a wide range of ice makers at clear US prices, with daily output, wattage and dimensions on most listings and a nugget machine under $200. The trade-offs are a one-year warranty, inconsistent delivery estimates, model-by-model certification claims and a return rule that excludes used products. Compare the listed basket size and noise level, check the safety label you care about, and decide before first use whether you might send it back.
