Joybos Review: Home Storage, Slim Trash Cans and Mops, Shipping Times and Return Costs
Joybos sells home storage and cleaning products: metal pantry cabinets, stackable bins and closet baskets, slim bathroom trash cans, sensor bins, mops and refills, shelves, racks and hooks. According to its About page, the company was founded in 2018 and is based in Xi'an, China, and its FAQ says products are made in mainland China and shipped from warehouses in China and overseas. Half of the roughly 180 listings start under $43, with large pantry cabinets reaching $499.95.
This review covers what Joybos sells, the dimensions and materials it lists, prices, the two very different shipping speeds, and a return policy whose window is stated differently on different pages.
At a glance Checked October 2026
Joybos suits shoppers who want budget organizers and narrow bathroom bins and will check measurements before ordering. About a third of listings say "Fast Shipping From USA, Delivered In 2-5 Business Days"; the rest can take weeks. Returns carry costs: you pay the return postage, and the return page adds a 10% service charge for non-defect returns.
- Best for: Small bathrooms, narrow kitchens, closets and pantries; renters who want freestanding or no-drill storage.
- Typical price: $15.95–$70 for most bins, baskets, trash cans and mops; $139.95–$499.95 for metal cabinets and multi-tier bin sets.
- Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more; $5.95 standard or $19.95 expedited below that. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories pay $89.95 or more.
- Returns: 30 or 60 days depending on the page; original packaging, unused; buyer pays return postage.
- Watch out for: Clearance items are final sale, no warranty terms are published, and listed dimensions sometimes disagree within one listing.
What Joybos sells
The store listed 184 products when we checked. The main groups:
- Kitchen and pantry storage (the largest group): metal cabinets with translucent flip doors, narrow microwave and coffee-bar cabinets, utility carts, dish racks and countertop organizers.
- Clothes and closet storage: stackable snap-together baskets, collapsible bins with front doors and wheels, duvet storage bags, hangers, shoe racks and drying racks.
- Trash cans: slim press-top bathroom cans, motion-sensor cans, hanging kitchen bins and cans that hold the bag in place by suction, plus bag refills.
- Cleaning: flat mops with wringer buckets, self-squeeze sponge mops, spin mops, window squeegees, brooms, toilet brushes and refill pads.
- Bathroom accessories: wall shelves, toothbrush holders and toothpaste dispensers.
Sizes, materials and specs to check
Most listings end with a specifications table giving material, dimensions and weight, which is what you need for a tight space. Figures below are as listed by Joybos:
- 6 Tier Pantry Cabinet F118 ($229.95–$499.95): carbon steel frame with PET or PC doors; 6-layer 31.5" W x 16.5" D x 69.3" H, 58.86 lbs; max load listed as 550 lbs. The feature text gives the depth as 17.3" instead, so allow for the larger figure.
- 5 Tier Narrow Kitchen Cabinet F85 ($225.95): carbon steel, 19.7" W x 14.2" D x 60.6" H, 33.3 lbs, with a 15-inch top shelf for a microwave or coffee maker and a long parts list that includes 80 door-panel buckles.
- Stackable Storage Bins with Lids and Doors F270 ($68.95–$409.95): PP plastic bins in 10, 16 and 32 gallon sizes (10 gal: 17.7" x 10.6" x 10.6"; 16 gal: 22" x 13.4" x 13"), front doors, top lids and wheels; the listing says measurements may vary by 1 to 2 cm.
- Stackable Storage Basket F243 ($32.95–$99.95 for 2 to 4 layers): PP baskets from 18 L (17.3" x 11" x 5.1") to 44 L (17.3" x 15" x 9.6"); a similar all-white listing sells single baskets from $15.95; each basket snaps together from four panels.
- 2 In 1 Slim Bathroom Trash Can with Toilet Brush Z32 ($49.95–$145.95): ABS and PP, 3.92 gallons, 13.8" x 6.5" x 9.8", 3.17 lbs, press-open lid, IPX5 rating, with a hidden toilet brush and disposable heads.
- Smart Touchless Trash Can Z35 ($67.95–$129.95): ABS and PP, 3.5 gallons, 10.98" x 12.52" x 6.37", infrared sensor and suction that holds the bag to the inner wall.
- Punch-Free Bathroom Shelf F246 ($39.95): aluminum, listed load up to 33 lbs. Despite the name, the installation text says to "measure, drill, and hang," so check before you count on a no-drill install.
Mop listings give head sizes, from 11-inch sponge heads to 19.7-inch flat pads. Refill pads cost $12.95 to $30.95, so check which refill fits your mop before you reorder. Some product codes repeat across listings (F246 is used for both a bathroom shelf and a dish rack), so order by the full product name.

Shipping
Shipping speed depends on where the item ships from. The shipping page lists:
- Free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more to the contiguous US and Canada.
- Under $79: standard $5.95, 15 to 25 business days; expedited $19.95, 7 to 14 business days.
- Fast shipping from the USA: 3 to 7 business days, for selected items only. Product pages and the home page say 2 to 5 business days for those items.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands: $89.95 standard or $149.95 expedited regardless of order size, 25 to 30 or 10 to 15 business days.
- No PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing is 1 to 2 business days on the shipping page, but the separate Shopify shipping policy says 5 to 7 days and gives different transit times, so treat timelines as estimates. Orders with items from two warehouses arrive in separate packages. If speed matters, look for the "Fast Shipping From USA" line on the product page; we counted it on 65 of 184 listings.
Returns and warranty
Joybos's return terms differ between pages, so read them before ordering:
- Window: the Return & Exchange page says 60 days after receipt, and the FAQ promises "Easy return for 60 days." The refund policy and another FAQ answer say 30 days. Plan on 30 to be safe.
- Condition: original packaging; unused, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered. Send a photo if the item is defective.
- Process: email service@joybos.com first; the return address is sent by email, and you must provide a tracking number.
- Costs: the buyer pays return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong, when Joybos provides a free label. The Return & Exchange page also lists a service charge of 10% of the order amount for non-quality returns and exchanges.
- Final sale: clearance and "specials" items can be returned only if defective, damaged or wrong.
- Refunds: 7 to 15 business days to the original payment method after inspection. Cancellations get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, but not after shipping.
We did not find a published warranty period on the policy pages or product listings we read. Some listings promise customer service help, but no warranty length or claim process is stated. For a $400 cabinet, keep the box until it is assembled and stable. Contact options are email, a US phone number (1-716-214-3033) and a form; the contact page lists the company's address in Xi'an, China, while the FAQ describes customer service "located in France."
Who should buy from Joybos
- Small-space shoppers who need slim bathroom trash cans, narrow cabinets or stackable baskets and will check the spec table.
- Budget organizers buying several lower-cost items, where the $79 free-shipping threshold is easy to reach.
- Patient buyers who can wait weeks for items without the US fast-shipping label.
Look elsewhere if you need a guaranteed delivery date on every item, want free returns, or want a stated warranty on a large cabinet.
Joybos coupon codes
We did not find a verified public code at the time of writing, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. Verified savings on the site are free standard shipping on orders of $79 or more and a clearance section, which is final sale. The FAQ explains that codes can be entered at checkout. Any working offers we find are listed on our Joybos coupons page.

The bottom line
Joybos offers a large range of low-cost storage, trash cans and mops, with spec tables that make it possible to plan for a tight bathroom or pantry. The trade-offs are uneven shipping speed, return costs, conflicting return windows and no published warranty. Measure your space, check for the US fast-shipping label, avoid clearance items you are unsure about and request any return within 30 days.
