AGOLDE Jeans by Fit: Rise, Inseam, Leg Opening and Stretch for Each Main Cut

AGOLDE lists more than 200 women's jean listings on its site, but they come from a much smaller set of cuts sold in many washes. Most cost $238 to $288. The useful part is that each product page lists the rise, inseam and leg opening in inches, plus the fabric. This guide compares the main cuts using those listed numbers, so you can narrow down a fit before you look at washes. For the brand's shipping and return rules in full, see our full AGOLDE review.
At a glance Checked October 2026
Most AGOLDE jeans are rigid, non-stretch cotton and listed as true to size, but a few dozen listings come in comfort or "Weightless Stretch" denim. Measurements below are from one wash of each cut; other washes and length versions can differ slightly.
- Best for: Shoppers who know their rise and inseam and want a specific vintage-style shape.
- Typical price: $238 to $288 for most cuts; recycled-leather versions $308 and up.
- Watch out for: Rigid denim gives little at the waist, and US exchanges are limited to another size in the same style and wash.
How AGOLDE names its fits and fabrics
A listing title usually tells you the cut, then any fabric or length variant in brackets. The terms we saw most often:
- No bracket: usually rigid, non-stretch denim, often 100% regenerative cotton.
- Weightless / Flyweight: AGOLDE does not define these on the listings, but they appear on softer, washed-down denim; the Ren in Cover, for example, is described as "non stretch, weightless denim washed down for a super soft feel."
- Comfort Stretch / Weightless Stretch / Stretch: denim with about 1% elastane, sometimes with elastomultiester.
- 32" / Long / Petite 25", 27" or 29": alternate inseams. Petite listings exist for cuts such as the Ren, Arc, Big Cuff and Luna.
Women's jeans run in waist sizes 23 to 34; men's run 28 to 36. Some cuts, such as the 80's Jean and Rounded Baggy, use a blend of regenerative cotton, lyocell and recycled cotton rather than 100% cotton.
Straight-leg cuts
These are AGOLDE's core shapes. Figures are rise / inseam / leg opening as listed for the wash named.
- 90's Pinch Waist High Rise Straight ($238, Stage wash): 12 3/4" / 29 1/2" / 15 1/2". Full-length high-rise straight in rigid regenerative cotton, button fly. Also sold in Weightless, Long and Crop versions.
- Riley High Rise Straight Crop ($248, Fortune Cookie): 11 1/2" / 27" / 14". AGOLDE calls the Riley its "signature slim straight leg" that "fits close to the body," and sells it in rigid and stretch versions; the stretch Reissue wash ($238) lists 1% elastane and a 26" inseam.
- Lana High Rise Vintage Straight ($268, Sequel): 11 1/4" / 30" / 16". Rigid 100% cotton with "easy drape"; a Comfort Stretch Lana ($258) keeps the same measurements with 1% elastane.
- Harper Mid Rise Relaxed Straight ($248, Rinse): 11 1/4" / 32" / 19 1/2". Comfort stretch, zip fly, a wider relaxed straight leg.
- 80's Jean ($258, Selection): 12 1/2" / 29" / 14 3/4". Rigid cotton-lyocell blend with crease detailing.
- Vintage Loose ($258, Marshmallow): 12 3/4" / 32 1/2" / 19 3/4". High rise, relaxed straight, rigid.

Wide, baggy, curved and boot cuts
- Arc Jean 32" ($278, Deep Roast): 11" / 32" / 19 1/2". Mid rise with a "relaxed curved wide leg." Also in a 29" and a Petite 27" length.
- Arc Criss Cross Jean ($288, Obscura): 9 1/2" / 32" / 19 1/2". Same curved leg with a crossed-over front closure and a lower rise.
- Ren Jean ($238, Cover): 12 1/4" / 27 1/2" / 19 1/2". High-rise cropped wide leg, relaxed through the hips.
- Low Slung Baggy ($238, Brown Rice): 12 1/4" / 30 1/2" / 21". Upsized and designed to sit low on the hips, so the measured rise is long even though it wears low.
- Rounded Baggy ($268, Downplay): 13 1/2" / 29" / 22 1/2". The widest opening of the cuts we checked.
- Low Rise Loose ($278, Mauvine): 9 1/4" / 32" / 19". Low rise, easy straight leg.
- Luna High Rise Pieced Taper ($278, Cedar): 11" / 26" / 19 3/4". Curved tapered leg with pieced seams.
- Mid Rise Kick Boot ($258, Orten): 11" / 33" / 20 3/4". Hugs the hips, then opens into a subtle kick.
- Low Rise Boot ($268, Combination): 8 3/8" / 33 1/2" / 19". The lowest rise of the cuts we checked.
- Stovepipe 29" ($248, Immersion): 9 1/2" / 29" / 15 3/4". Low-rise slim straight in Weightless Stretch.

Men's fits
The men's range is smaller. Listed figures for one wash each:
- 90's Jean ($238, Digital): 12 5/8" / 30" / 17 1/2". Mid rise, straight relaxed leg, heavyweight rigid regenerative cotton, made in the USA with imported materials.
- Fusion Jean ($248, Hydra): 13" / 32 1/4" / 19". Baggy mid rise with a tapered leg, rigid cotton-lyocell blend.
- Curtis Jean ($228, Kelvin): 12" / 28" / 14". Mid rise, straight leg tapering at the ankle, comfort stretch (2% polyurethane).
The men's Afton is covered in our review. Note that the size chart on the site shows women's measurements only.
How to choose by body, occasion and budget
- Want stretch: start with the Harper, Stovepipe, Comfort Stretch Lana or a stretch Riley, Ren or 90's Pinch Waist listing.
- Shorter legs: the cropped Riley (26" to 27"), Ren (27 1/2") and Luna (26"), or a Petite listing, avoid hemming. Altered jeans cannot be returned.
- Taller or wearing heels: the Kick Boot (33") and Low Rise Boot (33 1/2"), or a 32" or Long version.
- Office or dinner: clean dark washes in slimmer straight cuts (Riley, Lana, 80's Jean) look neater than marbled baggy styles.
- Weekend and statement: Arc, Arc Criss Cross, Rounded Baggy and Low Slung Baggy.
- Low rise vs high rise: under about 9 1/2" (Low Rise Boot, Low Rise Loose, Arc Criss Cross) sits on the hips; 12" and up (90's Pinch Waist, Vintage Loose) sits at or near the natural waist.

Most cuts are listed as true to size; the 90's Crop is the exception we saw, described as relaxed with a suggestion to size down for a higher, closer fit. Because US exchanges only cover another size in the same style and wash, decide on the cut first. A refund to your card costs $10 in the US, while store credit is issued for the full price. We did not see marked-down jeans or a published code. Any working offers we find are listed on our AGOLDE coupons page.
Frequently asked questions
Which AGOLDE jeans have stretch?
Listings with "Stretch" in the name, such as the Harper, Stovepipe and Comfort Stretch Lana, contain about 1% elastane. Most other AGOLDE denim is described as rigid and non-stretch.
What is the difference between the Riley and the 90's Pinch Waist?
Both are high-rise straight jeans. The Riley Crop is slimmer and shorter (14" opening, 26" to 27" inseam); the 90's Pinch Waist has a longer rise (12 3/4"), 29 1/2" inseam and wider 15 1/2" opening.
Does AGOLDE sell a Parker jean?
Not when we checked. The Parker name appeared only on shorts, such as the Parker Vintage Cut Off Short.
The bottom line
Pick the cut by rise and leg opening, then the fabric (rigid or stretch), then the wash. Compare the listed inches with a pair you already own, because rigid cotton will not stretch to make up the difference.
