Beauty Pie Review: Is the Membership Worth It? US Member Prices, Shipping and Returns
Beauty Pie is a membership beauty brand that sells its own skincare, makeup, haircare, bodycare, fragrance and supplements, made by third-party labs in countries such as Switzerland, Japan, Italy and Korea. Anyone can buy at the standard "Beauty Pie Price", but members pay noticeably less: for example, a 50 ml Triple Hyaluronic Acid serum is $49 for non-members and $29 for Beauty Pie+ members. Beauty Pie+ costs $59 a year, and the US store is run by Beauty Pie USA Inc.
This review explains how the membership tiers work, how member and non-member prices compare, what shipping costs in the US, the 14-day return rule for opened cosmetics, and how to decide whether joining pays off.

Beauty Pie suits US shoppers who buy several skincare or makeup products a year and are happy to pay an annual fee to unlock lower prices. Member prices on the products we checked were roughly 30% to 40% below the non-member price. The catches are the auto-renewing membership, conflicting free-shipping thresholds between pages, and a return policy that generally excludes opened cosmetics.

- Watch out for: Memberships renew automatically, no exchanges are offered, and the site ships only to the mainland US (no PO boxes, APO or FPO).
What Beauty Pie sells
The US catalog listed a little over 200 items when we checked, grouped as:
- Skincare. The Youthbomb anti-aging range (serums, eye serum, Youthbomb Intense), Triple Hyaluronic Acid serums and creams, cleansers, exfoliating peels, SPF and Japanese and South Korean lab products, plus LED devices such as the Dynamo Deep mask.
- Makeup. Superluminous tinted serums and under-eye products, Wondercolour cream eyeshadow sticks, Futurelipstick, mascaras, brushes and refills.
- Haircare and bodycare. Shampoos, conditioners, scalp serum, body washes, lotions and self-tanning drops.
- Fragrance and home. Eaux de parfum and candles.
- Supplements. Collagen, magnesium and skin-support capsules and gummies.
- Kits. Routine kits, starter bundles and seasonal sets, such as the Better Than An Advent Calendar.
Membership tiers: what you get
Beauty Pie's terms describe two price levels: the Beauty Pie Price for anyone, and a lower Members Price. The US site currently lists these options:
- Beauty Pie+ ($59 a year): member prices all year, free-shipping offers and member perks. New members can choose five free products (three full size and two minis) when joining, according to the promotional terms, and get a welcome gift and a 12-month anniversary gift with later orders (minimum spend $29).
- Beauty Pie+ Starter ($29 a year): member prices, but you can order up to four times a year.
- Monthly ($10 a month): a monthly plan is listed in the catalog, and the help center refers to it as a legacy option.
Annual plans have a minimum 12-month term and renew automatically unless you cancel in the Membership and Billing section of your account. You can cancel a new or renewed membership within 14 days for a full refund if you have not ordered; if you have, Beauty Pie may deduct the difference between member and non-member prices on what you kept, up to the membership fee. The join page also offers a Membership Savings Guarantee: if a new annual member does not save the cost of the membership in the first year (member price versus non-member price), Beauty Pie says it will refund the shortfall, provided you claim within 30 days of the end of that year.
Product pages also show a "Traditional Retail Price", such as $120 for the Triple Hyaluronic Acid serum. This is Beauty Pie's own estimate of what a comparable luxury product costs elsewhere, so it is better to compare the member price with the non-member price, both of which you can actually pay.
Prices: member versus non-member
Examples from US product pages at the time of writing (non-member price first, then Beauty Pie+ price):

On these examples, Beauty Pie+ saved $8 to $99 per item. As a rough guide, buying two Youthbomb 360 serums and a couple of makeup items in a year would already cover the $59 fee; buying one or two small items would not. Product claims, such as skin looking "up to 11 years younger" on the Youthbomb Intense page, come from the brand's own studies and should be read as the brand's claims.
Shipping
Beauty Pie ships to the US and the UK only; it does not ship to Canada. The US help center lists:
- Standard: $6.99, 7–10 working days
- Express: $19.99, 2–4 working days
- Free standard shipping: on orders of $40 or more (pre-tax) for Beauty Pie+ annual members, and $75 or more for Starter members, legacy monthly members and non-members
Note that the membership selector on product pages describes the Starter tier as including free shipping over $45, which does not match the help center's $75 figure, so check the basket total at checkout. Orders placed after 1 pm Eastern are dispatched the next working day, and weekend orders go out on Monday. Delivery is to the mainland US, and Beauty Pie does not ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO or military addresses.
Returns
Beauty Pie's US return policy is stricter than many beauty retailers:
- Standard returns: request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, and for hygiene reasons most face, body, makeup, haircare and supplement products, and some devices, cannot be refunded once opened or unsealed.
- Return shipping: for standard returns you pay the postage, should use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Wrong, faulty or damaged items are handled separately, and Beauty Pie refunds the return postage in those cases.
- Enhanced 30-day returns: selected products, including the Superluminous Tinted Skin Glow Serum, Wondercolour eyeshadow sticks, Youthbomb 360 Radiance Concentrate, Triple Hyaluronic Acid Serum and the LED masks, can be returned unused or gently used within 30 days, with free prepaid returns. Eligibility is shown on product pages.
- Process: you must contact the Member Happiness Team for an authorization before sending anything back. Refunds are aimed for within 14 days of receipt, to the original payment method.
- Other rules: no exchanges; kits must be returned complete; returning part of an order bought with a promo code reduces the refund by a share of the discount.
Who should buy from Beauty Pie
- Frequent skincare buyers who use several serums or treatments a year and will clearly spend past the break-even point.
- Shoppers comfortable reading ingredient lists who care more about formulas and lab origin than brand names.
- Bulk, planned shoppers, especially on the Starter tier, who can group purchases into four orders a year.
Think twice if you buy beauty products only occasionally, want to try shades or textures with an easy return, live outside the mainland US, or prefer not to manage an auto-renewing membership. Non-members can still buy at the standard price, but shipping is free only from $75.
