AMZCHEF Review: Slow Juicer Specs, Kitchen Appliance Prices, 3-Year Warranty and Returns

AMZCHEF is a kitchen appliance brand that started with a slow masticating juicer and now sells cold press juicers, blenders, espresso machines, coffee grinders, induction and electric cooktops, range hoods and a few wall ovens through its US store at iamzchef.com. The About page names the company as Foshan Shunde Qingzhou Wanbang Trading Co., Ltd. Juicers in stock ran $89.99 to $199.99 when we checked, and most other appliances fall between $100 and $450.
This review covers what AMZCHEF sells, the juicer and appliance specs it lists, prices, free US shipping, a 30-day return policy with buyer-paid return shipping, and a warranty that runs two years, or three if you register.
At a glance Checked October 2026
AMZCHEF suits shoppers who want a wide-chute slow juicer or a budget countertop appliance and are comfortable comparing spec tables. Shipping is free to the mainland US and warranty terms are longer than many budget brands. The catch is returns: 30 days, original condition with all packaging, and you pay the return shipping.
- Best for: Home juicers who want a large feed chute; buyers of portable induction cooktops, blenders and entry-level espresso machines.
- Typical price: $89.99–$199.99 for juicers; $129.99–$439.99 for cooktops; $99.99–$269.99 for range hoods; $109.99–$399.99 for espresso machines.
- Shipping: Free to the mainland US; orders processed within 24 hours; standard delivery 3–7 business days. No PO boxes or APO/FPO.
- Warranty: 2 years when bought on iamzchef.com, 3 years if registered within 30 days.
- Watch out for: Many listings were out of stock, and the FAQ and return policy give different return windows.
What AMZCHEF sells
The US store listed 133 products, but only about 40 had a variant in stock when we checked. The in-stock range broke down roughly like this:
- Slow and cold press juicers (about a dozen listings): models with 4.6", 5.4", 5.8", 6" and 6.5" feed chutes, plus a masticating juicer attachment for KitchenAid stand mixers.
- Coffee (about 14): 20-bar espresso machines, espresso machines with built-in grinders, a dual boiler machine, burr grinders and milk frothers.
- Cooktops: a single-burner portable induction cooktop, a two-burner induction cooktop with griddle, a 30-inch built-in electric cooktop and a gas cooktop.
- Range hoods: under-cabinet, insert and wall models, plus two desktop exhaust fans.
- Other: a 68 oz countertop blender, a nut milk maker, a baby food maker, a heated lunch box and a 24-inch electric wall oven.
All of AMZCHEF's juicers are slow (masticating) models; it does not sell high-speed centrifugal juicers.

Juicer and appliance specs to compare
Juicer listings vary in how much they include, and several titles and descriptions disagree on chute size. Figures below are as listed by AMZCHEF:
- Slow Masticating Juicer, 6.5" chute ($189.99): 250 W copper motor, 60 RPM, noise "as low as 50 dB," a 90 oz self-feeding hopper, three-layer filter, reverse function and a safety lock that stops the motor if the chute is opened. Includes accessories for nut and oat milks and frozen desserts. Dimensions and weight were not listed.
- Masticating Juicer, "5.8-inch" self-feeding ($169.99–$199.99 by color): 250 W motor, model SJ-036, 18" D x 12" W x 7" H, 1.8 L capacity, 10.34 lbs, hand wash only. The title says 5.8 inches but the description says a 5.3-inch chute.
- Cold Press Juicer, "5.4-inch" chute, ZM1902B ($119.99): 200 W, 60 RPM, dual strainers, 16.3" x 7" x 5.7", 6.3 lbs. The description calls it a 5.2-inch chute, and the care line says both "Hand Wash Only" and "Dishwasher Safe."
- Cold Press Juicer, 4.6" chute ($119.99): 200 W, 120 V, stainless steel body, top-rack dishwasher safe parts, 5.7" x 7" x 16.3".
- Slow Masticating Juicer Machine, ZM1501 ($89.99): the cheapest in-stock juicer, with only a one-line description.
AMZCHEF's juicer pages also make nutrition claims about slow juicing; we do not evaluate those, and this review only reports the hardware specs. A few non-juicer examples:
- 1800 W Countertop Blender ($219.99): 68 oz BPA-free pitcher, 6-blade titanium-coated assembly, 9 speeds plus pulse, 5 presets, 10.47" x 10.0" x 15.43", dishwasher-safe pitcher.
- Espresso Machine with Grinder, 44 settings ($299.99): 1,500 W, 120 V, 60 oz water tank, 190–201°F brew temperature, 12.5" D x 10.82" W x 13.38" H, 13.9 lbs.
- 1800 W Induction Cooktop ($129.99): 20 power and temperature levels from 120°F to 465°F, 10-hour timer, 15.5" x 12.2" x 3.1", 6.6 lbs, for flat-bottom magnetic cookware 4.7" to 12".
Safety marks: many AMZCHEF model numbers start with "UL," such as UL-IO1800 or UL-CG211-BK. That prefix is part of the model code, and those listings do not state a UL certification. The listings that explicitly state "ETL certified" are a portable 1800 W commercial induction cooktop (out of stock) and the 30-inch, 5-burner built-in electric cooktop (max 9,000 W). The juicer and blender pages we read describe materials as BPA-free but do not name a UL, ETL or FCC mark, so check the rating label or ask support before you buy.

- Masticating Juicer 5.8" self-feeding: $169.99 (gray) to $199.99 (black, silver)

- Induction cooktop, single burner: $129.99; gas cooktop: $439.99–$559.99
- 24-inch electric wall oven: $659.99
Many listings show a crossed-out price roughly double the selling price, such as $379.99 next to the 6.5-inch juicer's $189.99. Treat the selling price as the real one. The refund policy also mentions Klarna payments.
Shipping
AMZCHEF offers free standard shipping on all orders to the mainland United States. Orders are processed within 24 hours, with weekend and holiday orders processed the next business day, and standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping "fees may apply," but no rates are listed. The site does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. One sentence says some products ship to Canada, while another says it ships only within the US. The return policy lists an East Coast US warehouse in Edison, New Jersey. Report lost or damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and warranty
The return policy is stricter than the warranty:
- Window: request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: the appliance must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories and manuals. The policy does not say whether a juicer that has been used and washed counts, so ask support before you run one if you may return it.
- Who pays: you pay return shipping and handling, and original shipping and handling fees are not refunded. AMZCHEF covers return shipping if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refund: refund or store credit, issued within 7 to 10 business days after inspection. No restocking fee is listed.
- Cancellations: request within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has shipped, a double shipping fee and a 2% transaction fee are deducted from the refund.
- Exchanges: only for defective or damaged items.
The FAQ page says AMZCHEF takes returns "at any time within the first year of purchase," which conflicts with the 30-day policy. Rely on the written policy and confirm with support by email.
Warranty: buying on iamzchef.com gives a 2-year warranty automatically, and registering within 30 days extends it to 3 years. Purchases from Amazon, Walmart or other retailers get up to 2 years. It covers faulty materials or workmanship, applies only to the original purchaser and excludes misuse, drops, spills and unauthorized repairs. To claim, email your model number, order number, a description and photos or video; AMZCHEF says it replies within 48 hours and ships replacements in about 7 to 10 business days after approval.

Who should buy from AMZCHEF
- Juicer shoppers who want a wide chute to cut prep time and like a 2- to 3-year warranty.
- Budget appliance buyers looking at portable induction cooktops, blenders or espresso machines with detailed spec tables.
- Renters and RV owners considering portable induction hobs or desktop range hoods.
Look elsewhere if you want a centrifugal juicer, need delivery outside the mainland US, or want free returns. If a certified safety mark matters to you, check the label before relying on a "UL" model number.
AMZCHEF coupon codes
We did not find a verified public code at the time of writing, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. Verified savings on the site are free shipping to the mainland US and a SALE section with marked-down listings. Any working offers we find are listed on our AMZCHEF coupons page.
Frequently asked questions
Does AMZCHEF sell centrifugal juicers?
No. Its juicers are slow masticating or cold press models, from $89.99 to $199.99 in stock when we checked.
How do I get the 3-year AMZCHEF warranty?
Buy on iamzchef.com and register the product within 30 days. Without registration, site purchases get 2 years.
Can I return a juicer after using it?
The policy requires original condition with all packaging and accessories within 30 days, and you pay return shipping. It does not address used items directly, so confirm with support first.
Are AMZCHEF appliances UL listed?
The "UL" at the start of many model numbers is a model code, not a stated certification. Two cooktop listings state ETL certification; the juicer pages we read name no safety mark.
The bottom line
AMZCHEF is a reasonable place to compare wide-chute slow juicers and budget kitchen appliances, with free mainland US shipping and a warranty of up to three years if you register. Read the specs carefully, since some chute sizes differ between title and description, and keep the box: returns last 30 days, require original condition and cost you the return postage.
