Beyond Yoga names its fabrics on every product, and they behave quite differently:
- Spacedye: the "buttery soft" signature fabric with 4-way stretch. The Caught In The Midi legging lists 87% polyester and 13% elastane, gentle compression, a 5-inch waistband at the natural waist, no outside seam and a 28-inch inseam. Wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low.
- Featherweight Spacedye: a lighter version for tees and layering pieces, without the compressive fit.
- glowzone: a smoother, sweat-oriented fabric for HIIT, spin, running and hot yoga, made from 75% recycled nylon and 25% elastane. The glowzone midi legging has a lined, power-mesh waistband and a 28-inch inseam, and the brand recommends washing it before first wear because of the dye process.
- LuxeFleece 2.0 and Pacer fleece: cotton-rich sweatshirt fabric and a brushed, fleece-backed fabric for cold-weather leggings and hoodies.

On sizing, most women's styles run XXS to XL, and about 45% of the listings we sampled also offered XXL. The size guide for bottoms lists 1X–4X, but only one listing in the product feed actually offered those sizes. Men's styles run XS–2XL. Several styles come in 29- and 31-inch inseams.
