Primal Queen Review: Beef Organ Capsules, Subscription-Only Pricing and the 365-Day Guarantee

Primal Queen is a US supplement brand that sells freeze-dried, grass-fed beef organ capsules marketed specifically to women, plus colostrum powder, creatine chews and a few other capsule blends, mainly through its own website. The core beef organ capsules are sold on subscription: $44 for a monthly 30-day bag, or a three-month plan that charges $78 for the first shipment and $132 for each 90-day renewal after that.
This review covers the label, subscription pricing and cancellation, shipping, the guarantee's conditions and who should talk to a doctor first. We did not test the product; everything here comes from the brand's own pages.
At a glance Checked October 2026
Primal Queen suits shoppers who specifically want a beef organ capsule built around a women-focused blend of organs and are comfortable buying on subscription. The label names six bovine organs in a 337.5 mg proprietary blend per capsule, so you can see the ingredients but not how much of each is in there. The guarantee is unusually long at 365 days, but it covers only your most recent order and the product has to be shipped back.
- Best for: Adults who want to try a beef organ supplement in capsule form and are happy to manage a subscription.
- Typical price: $44 per 30-day bag on the monthly plan (about $1.47 a day); the three-month plan is $78 for the first shipment, then $132 every 90 days.
- Shipping: 3 to 5 business days; free US shipping is listed on the subscription kits.
- Returns: 365-day money-back guarantee on your most recent order only; the product must be sent back and return postage is on you.
- Watch out for: We found no one-time purchase option for the beef organ capsules, and the three-month plan renews at $54 more than its first charge.
What Primal Queen sells
The catalog had about a dozen listings when we checked:
- Beef Organ Superfood capsules. The flagship. Sold as a monthly "Starter Kit" ($44, with a glass jar, keychain pill case and "mystery gift" in the first box), a three-month kit, and a "30 Day Refill" bag ($54, or $45.90 on subscribe-and-save).
- Colostrum powder. Whole, first-milking bovine colostrum that the brand says provides 400 mg of IgG per 2 g scoop. $29 a bag on subscription or $39 one time; three bags $72, six bags $114.
- Goddess Creatine Bites. Watermelon-flavored chews that the brand says contain 5 g of Creapure creatine per serving, $49.
- PQ7 and Marrow capsules. Two more blends that the brand markets under "weight loss support" and "joint support" labels. Monthly kits are $44; one-time kits are $58 and $68.
Menu labels such as "Energy & Hormonal Support" are the brand's marketing descriptions. The site carries the standard notice that its statements "have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration" and that the products are "not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease," and it labels the customer testimonials as unverified. We have not independently verified any of the brand's benefit claims.

What is in the beef organ capsules
The supplement facts panel posted on the product page lists:
- Serving size: 1 capsule; servings per container: 60.
- Suggested use: 1 capsule with each meal, 2 a day, so one bag lasts 30 days.
- Primal Queen Proprietary Blend, 337.5 mg per capsule: bovine uterus powder (containing fallopian tubes), bovine ovary powder, bovine liver powder, bovine kidney powder and bovine heart powder.
- Other ingredients: Nu-flow and a gelatin capsule.
- Daily Values: not established for the blend.
Three details stand out. First, the proprietary blend means the label gives only the 337.5 mg total per capsule (675 mg a day), not the amount of each organ. Second, the FAQ says the capsules contain "no fillers" and "no additives," while the label's other-ingredients line lists Nu-flow alongside the gelatin shell; if that matters to you, ask the brand what it is made from. Third, it is not vegetarian or vegan; the FAQ says it contains no dairy, gluten or soy.
The brand says the organs come from grass-fed, pasture-raised Argentine cattle, are freeze-dried, and are encapsulated in FDA-registered US facilities.
Third-party testing
The product page links to a certificate of analysis from Eurofins dated May 13, 2026, for one lot of the 60-count capsules. It reports microbiological tests (E. coli and Salmonella absent in 10 g, Listeria negative in 25 g), heavy metals (arsenic 26.7 ppb, cadmium 10.4 ppb, lead 14.3 ppb and mercury below 5 ppb), glyphosate below 0.01 mg/kg and nutrient values. Points to note:
- The report gives measured values rather than pass or fail limits, and it marks the listed analyses as not ISO accredited.
- It lists a content weight of 0.40 g per capsule, protein at 4.56% and calculated carbohydrates at 85.74% of the sample. It does not tell you how much of each capsule is organ powder; ask the brand if you want that figure.
- Product images carry a "CitrusLabs tested" badge and the page says "Clinically studied"; we did not find the study linked on the page.
Prices and subscription terms
Prices in the product listings when we checked:
- Monthly Starter Kit: $44 per delivery, every month (about $1.47 a day at two capsules).
- Three-month Starter Kit: $78 for the first shipment of three bags, then the listing says it "renews at $132" every 90 days. That works out to about $0.87 a day for the first 90 days and $1.47 a day after.
- 30 Day Refill: $54 list, $45.90 on the monthly subscribe-and-save plan (about $1.53 a day).
The buy box on the product page displayed a $39 monthly price at the time of writing, which differs from the $44 in the product listing, so check the cart total before you pay. In our check, the beef organ listings could only be added to the cart on a subscription plan; we found no one-time option for them, although colostrum, the creatine chews and the HSA/FSA kits are sold one time.
The site says you can cancel, skip or pause through an online portal (the "Manage Subscription" link in the footer), and its cancellation policy says order confirmation emails include links to manage a subscription and that "some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration." Note the renewal date when you order, especially on the three-month plan, where the second charge is $54 higher than the first.
An HSA/FSA reimbursement route through Truemed (a health survey and letter of medical necessity) is offered for some products, but the beef organ kit was not listed on that page when we checked.

Shipping
The shipping policy is a single line: delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Free US shipping is listed on the subscription kits and on the multi-bag colostrum options; the policy does not publish rates for other orders, so check the cost at checkout. We found no information on shipping outside the US. The seller is Primal Queen LLC; returns go to DuBois, Pennsylvania.
Returns and the 365-day guarantee
The refund policy gives you 365 days after receiving your item to request a refund, but read the conditions closely:
- Only your most recent order qualifies, "not all orders over time," so earlier subscription shipments are not covered.
- Ask first: email support@primalqueen.com for instructions; items sent back without a return request are not accepted.
- Ship it back: the product must be returned before a refund is processed, and the FAQ says the brand does not cover return shipping.
- Exclusions: sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. The policy does not say whether discounted subscription orders count as sale items, so ask before relying on the guarantee.
- Timing: approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Who should buy from Primal Queen
- Shoppers who already want a beef organ supplement and prefer a blend that includes reproductive organs alongside liver, kidney and heart.
- Organized subscribers who will track renewal dates and use the online portal to skip or cancel.
- People who value a long return window, as long as they understand it covers only the latest order.
Think twice if you want a single bag without a subscription, per-ingredient amounts, or a vegetarian product. As with any supplement, talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or manage a health condition; the brand's own FAQ recommends consulting a healthcare provider in those situations. The colostrum page notes it is not lactose-free or suitable for a milk protein allergy.
Primal Queen coupon codes
We did not find a verified public code at the time of writing, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. What we could verify: subscription kits ship free in the US, and colostrum costs less per bag in the three- and six-bag options. Sale banners change often, so compare the cart total with the listed price, and remember that sale items are excluded from returns. Any working offers we find are listed on our Primal Queen coupons page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy Primal Queen without a subscription?
Not for the beef organ capsules, in our check: the starter kits and the 30 Day Refill could only be added on a subscription plan. Colostrum, the creatine chews and the PQ7 and Marrow kits on the HSA/FSA page are offered as one-time purchases.
How long does one bag of Primal Queen last?
Each bag holds 60 capsules; at the suggested two a day, it lasts 30 days.
How do I cancel a Primal Queen subscription?
Use the "Manage Subscription" link in the site footer or the link in your order confirmation email; the brand says you can cancel, skip or pause there. You can also email support@primalqueen.com. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid another charge.
Is Primal Queen third-party tested?
The brand links a Eurofins certificate of analysis for one capsule lot, covering microbes, heavy metals, glyphosate and nutrients, with measured values but no pass or fail limits.
Can I take Primal Queen while pregnant or on medication?
The brand recommends consulting your healthcare provider before taking it during pregnancy or if you have a medical condition. The same applies if you are nursing or take any medication.
The bottom line
Primal Queen offers a women-focused beef organ capsule with a posted ingredient list and lab report, a 365-day guarantee and free US subscription shipping. The trade-offs are a proprietary blend with no per-organ amounts, no one-time purchase option for the main product in our check, a three-month plan that renews at $132 after a $78 first charge, and a guarantee that covers only your latest order and requires a paid return. If you buy, note your renewal date, check the cart total, and talk to your doctor first if any cautions above apply.
