True Vision Review: RFID Wallets, Polarized Sunglasses and Graphic Tees From a UK Brand

True Vision (styled TRUE® on its site) is a small UK accessories and apparel brand selling polarized sunglasses, RFID-blocking wallets, beanies, a bottle-opener belt and made-to-order graphic T-shirts. Its Our Story page says the brand started in 2015 and now sells to customers in more than 30 countries, and its company details page lists a business address on Old Gloucester Street in London. Prices are set in British pounds: core accessories cost £24.99 to £39.99 and T-shirts £34.99, and the store adds free gifts to orders depending on how many items you buy.

This review covers what True Vision sells, the product details worth comparing, prices, shipping to the US, Canada and Australia, the short return window and the one-year warranty.

At a glance Checked October 2026

True Vision suits shoppers who want an affordable gift-boxed accessory, such as a slim wallet, a beanie or a bottle-opener belt, and who plan to buy several items to unlock the free-gift tiers. The main catch is a 7-day window to request a return, plus £12.50 shipping and possible import charges for buyers outside the UK.

  • Best for: Gift buyers, fans of quirky graphic tees and anyone who wants an RFID card wallet or casual polarized sunglasses at a modest price.
  • Typical price: £24.99 for wallets, beanies and the belt; £34.99 for T-shirts; £39.99 for the polarized sunglasses.
  • Shipping: USA and Canada £12.50 (7–14 business days), rest of world £15.00, UK from £3.95; orders over £100 ship free, and the store also advertises free UK shipping over £50.
  • Returns: Request within 7 days of delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging, and you pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or wrong.
  • Watch out for: Sale items are not returnable, free gifts must come back with a return or their value is deducted, and T-shirts are printed to order, adding about 5 working days.

What True Vision sells

The catalog is compact. At the time of checking it had around 80 listings, most of them T-shirt designs, plus a handful of accessories and several free-gift items that are only added to qualifying orders:

  • Polarized sunglasses. One model, the Polarised Sunglasses with Accessories, in mirrored and gradient lens colors such as Flame Red, Ice Blue, Grey Gradient and Rose Gold.
  • Wallets. A canvas Bi-Fold Wallet with a coin pouch, and two Slim Card Wallets, one in nubuck leather and one in 600D nylon.
  • Beanies. A cable-knit Bobble Beanie with swappable bobbles and a Slouch Beanie that can be worn three ways. Every Slouch Beanie color was listed as sold out when we checked.
  • Belt. A reversible canvas Bottle Opener Belt with the opener built into the buckle.
  • Graphic T-shirts. Some 68 designs grouped into themed collections such as Cookin', Happy Hour, Snow Day and Outer Space, with many beer, barbecue and space-themed prints.
  • Free gifts. A keyring and sticker pack, the sunglasses, a card wallet and a "mystery gift", unlocked by buying a set number of items.

Product details worth comparing

Product pages are written in a marketing style, but they do include some specifics you can compare with other brands:

  • Sunglasses. The page describes "7x Layer" polarized lenses with a PX4 polarizing filter and UV400 protection, and the product is tagged as category 3 (CAT-3), a general-purpose tint level for bright sun. It also claims scratch- and shock-resistant frames. Frame material and measurements are not listed, so check the photos for fit if you have a wide or narrow face.
  • Wallets. All three wallets claim RFID blocking and arrive in a branded gift box. The slim card wallets have four card slots; the Bi-Fold Wallet adds a coin pouch with a brass popper. The leather version is described as genuine nubuck leather; the canvas versions are nylon.
  • Beanies. The Bobble Beanie is described as chunky cable knit with a wool bobble and a faux-fur bobble you can swap, or wear without. The Slouch Beanie is acrylic, one size, a little over 30 cm long. Both ship in a recyclable cardboard tube.
  • Belt. Nylon canvas with a powder-coated steel buckle, reversible to a patterned side, and one size: 120 cm (about 47 inches) that you cut to length.
  • T-shirts. The tees are listed as 100% organic ringspun combed cotton, 220 gsm, relaxed fit. Most designs come in Small to 3X-Large, some in Small to 2X-Large.

Sizing on the T-shirts needs care. Product pages tell you to order your usual UK size and warn that the label inside will show a smaller EU/US size: for example, a UK Large carries a label reading EU Medium and US Small. That is the store's own sizing chart, so if you normally wear a US Medium, compare chest measurements rather than relying on the letter.

Prices

All prices are in British pounds (GBP). The site has a currency selector that can display US, Canadian and Australian dollars, but the base prices are set in pounds. At the time of writing:

  • Bi-Fold Wallet, Slim Card Wallet (leather or canvas): £24.99
  • Bobble Beanie or Slouch Beanie: £24.99
  • Bottle Opener Belt: £24.99
  • Graphic T-shirts: £34.99 each
  • Polarised Sunglasses with Accessories: £39.99

None of the regular items showed a crossed-out "compare at" price when we checked; the store's value pitch is the free gifts rather than markdowns.

Shipping

True Vision's shipping policy says orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout and listed as:

  • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–3 business days, £3.95; Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1 business day, £4.99.
  • Europe: 5–7 business days, £7.50.
  • USA and Canada: 7–14 business days, £12.50.
  • Rest of world (including Australia): 7–14 business days, £15.00.

The policy says UK and international orders over £100 ship free. Product pages and the homepage advertise free UK shipping over £50, so the threshold for UK buyers depends on which page you trust; confirm at checkout. International buyers may owe import duties and taxes on arrival, which the policy says are the customer's responsibility. T-shirts are printed after you order, which the product pages say adds around 5 working days before shipping.

Returns and warranty

The refund policy gives you 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. For UK buyers, the policy notes the statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Other key terms:

  • Approval first: email support@truevisionbrand.com; returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.
  • Return shipping: paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect, and the store is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Refunds: processed within 7 days of the return being inspected, to the original payment method.
  • Not returnable: sale items and gift cards. There are no direct exchanges; you return the item and place a new order.
  • Free gifts: if a return means your order no longer qualifies for a promotion, free items must be returned unused or their full value is deducted from your refund.

The company details page states a 30-day return policy, which conflicts with the 7-day window in the refund and shipping policies. Treat 7 days as the working rule unless the store confirms otherwise in writing.

The warranty page offers a one-year "No Quibble" warranty against defects in material or workmanship, repaired or replaced at no charge. You need to register the product on the warranty page within 30 days of purchase to claim. Free gifts and promotional items are excluded; the refund policy asks you to report a damaged free item within 7 days, while the warranty page says 14 days.

Payment

Payment icons on the site include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The store also shows Klarna and Clearpay buy-now-pay-later messaging.

Who should buy from True Vision

  • Gift shoppers who want a boxed wallet, a belt with a novelty twist or a beanie in a keepsake tube.
  • Fans of themed graphic tees in organic cotton, especially beer, barbecue, ski and space designs.
  • Buyers ordering several items at once, since the free-gift tiers only make sense when you buy two or more.

Think twice if you want to try things on and send back what does not fit. Seven days is short once international delivery is factored in, and return postage from North America or Australia to the UK can cost a meaningful share of a £25 item.

True Vision deals and offers

We did not find a verified public code at the time of writing, and we do not publish codes we cannot confirm. The store's own offers are its main savings: one item adds a free keyring and sticker pack, two items add free polarized sunglasses (listed as worth £39.99), three add a free card wallet and four add a "mystery gift". The homepage also runs a buy-two-get-one-free offer on sunglasses, and the newsletter sign-up promises 10% off. Remember that freebies can be clawed back if you return part of a qualifying order. Any working offers we find are listed on our True Vision coupons page.

Frequently asked questions

Is True Vision legit?

True Vision runs on Shopify, lists a business address on Old Gloucester Street in London on its company details page, says it has traded since 2015, and publishes shipping, refund, terms of service and warranty pages, with its terms governed by UK law. Checkout supports PayPal, major cards and Apple Pay. The main things to check are the 7-day return window (the company page mentions 30 days, the policies say 7), who pays return shipping, and the rule that free gifts must be returned with any qualifying item.

Does True Vision ship to the US?

Yes. Its shipping policy lists USA and Canada delivery in 7–14 business days for £12.50, and free shipping on orders over £100. Import duties or taxes, if charged, are paid by the customer.

Are the free sunglasses really free?

They are added at checkout when you have two paid items in your cart. They are excluded from the warranty, and if you return items so the order no longer qualifies, you must send the sunglasses back unused or their value is deducted from your refund.

How do True Vision T-shirts fit?

The store says to order your usual UK size. The inside label shows a smaller EU/US size (a UK Large is labeled US Small), which the store says is expected. Check measurements if you usually buy US sizes.

How long is the True Vision warranty?

One year from purchase against defects in material or workmanship, provided you register the product within 30 days. Free gifts are not covered.

The bottom line

True Vision sells a short, distinctive range of gift-friendly accessories and organic cotton graphic tees at modest UK prices, with free gifts that stack as you add items. For buyers in the US, Canada and Australia, factor in £12.50–£15.00 shipping, possible import charges and a 7-day return window that leaves little room for change-of-mind returns.
