PagePilot Review: AI Shopify Product Page Builder Plans, Free Trial Limits and Refunds
PagePilot (PagePilot.ai) is an AI tool for Shopify merchants that turns a product link from AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Shein or TikTok Shop into an editable Shopify product page. It also generates AI product images and ad creatives, offers templates and a drag-and-drop page builder, and can build a starter store. Paid plans cost $39, $59 or $99 a month, or $33, $49 or $83 a month on yearly billing, and Shopify's own fees are charged separately.

This review covers plans, the free trial, cancellation and refunds, what the terms say about images and AI content, privacy, and who it suits. We did not build a store with PagePilot for this article; the details come from PagePilot's homepage, pricing page and FAQ, terms of service, refund policy and privacy policy.

At a glance Checked October 2026

PagePilot is built for Shopify sellers, including dropshippers, who launch many products and want a branded-looking page in minutes instead of building each one by hand. The free trial needs no credit card and lets you create pages, but publishing to your store requires a paid plan. Refunds are possible within 14 days only if you have not created or imported any pages since subscribing.

  • Best for: Shopify merchants testing several products a month who want templated, editable product pages and AI images.
  • Typical price: Lite $39/month, Starter $59/month, Scaler $99/month; yearly billing $33, $49 or $83 a month. Shopify billed separately.
  • Free trial: no card needed; create pages and connect a store, but publishing needs a paid plan.
  • Watch out for: the terms tell users not to use images "provided" by the service without getting rights from the owners, and refunds end once you create a page on a paid plan.

What PagePilot does

PagePilot's main workflow has three steps, according to its homepage: paste a product link, choose a template, then edit the AI-generated images and text and publish the page to your Shopify store. Around that it offers:

  • AI product page generation from product URLs on AliExpress, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Shein and TikTok Shop.
  • Templates and a drag-and-drop builder: the pricing page lists 8+ "DTC" templates and 35+ conversion-focused sections and blocks, and every section is editable.
  • AI product images and copy: product shots, in-hand images, static ads and ad copy.
  • Brand matching so generated pages pick up your store's styles.
  • A customizable cart drawer with upsells and timers.
  • 30+ languages for generated pages.
  • A research section that, according to the FAQ, suggests 10 "winning" products a day.

PagePilot says it works with any Shopify theme and that, if a page looks wrong after publishing, its team will make your theme compatible within 24 hours. It is built only for Shopify; we did not see support for WooCommerce, Wix or other platforms.

The site shows large numbers, including "+$200M revenue generated" and "+1M AI product pages created", along with testimonials from dropshipping coaches and store owners who say their conversion rates improved. These are marketing claims we cannot verify. A product page is one part of selling online; product choice, pricing, ads, shipping times and customer service matter at least as much, and no page builder can promise sales.

Plans and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. The pricing page listed three plans, with a "2 Free Months" label on yearly billing:

  • Lite ($39 per month, or $33 per month yearly): 10 product pages a month, 50 AI images a month, 1 Shopify store, the page and template builder, publishing to Shopify, all templates and sections, the cart drawer, AI image and text editing, 30+ languages, angle suggestions, brand support and on-page SEO. Cart upsells, custom section requests, custom templates and a dedicated account manager are not included.
  • Starter ($59 per month, or $49 per month yearly): unlimited product pages, 200 AI images a month, 3 Shopify stores, plus cart upsells and requests for custom sections and blocks. This is marked "most popular".
  • Scaler ($99 per month, or $83 per month yearly): unlimited product pages and AI images, 5 Shopify stores, plus custom template requests and a dedicated account manager.

The yearly prices are shown as a monthly figure; the page did not spell out whether yearly plans are charged as one upfront payment, so check at checkout. Remember to budget for your Shopify subscription and any apps you use on top of PagePilot; the pricing page notes that Shopify bills its plan separately.

Lite's 10-page monthly cap is the main limit; frequent product testers will likely need Starter.

Free trial and what it includes

PagePilot advertises a free trial with no credit card required. The FAQ says you can create pages and connect your Shopify store during the free period, but you need to switch to a paid plan to publish pages to your store. The refund policy describes the trial as letting you create three product pages. We did not see a stated trial length.

Because the refund rules are strict (see below), the trial is the time to check template quality, how well your theme displays the pages, and how much editing the AI copy needs for your products.

Cancellation, refunds and billing

Cancelling is done in the dashboard: according to the FAQ, click the billing profile in the bottom-left corner and choose "Cancel subscription". You keep access until the end of the current billing period. After cancelling, PagePilot says nothing is deleted: pages you created stay in your account and products already imported to Shopify remain live, but you can no longer edit those pages in the Shopify theme customizer once your subscription is inactive.

The refund policy is much tighter than the "commitment-free" wording elsewhere on the site suggests:

  • You must ask within 14 days of your last payment.
  • You only qualify if you have not created any pages or imported any to your store since subscribing. Creating or importing a page counts as using paid features and disqualifies the refund; in that case you can cancel and keep using PagePilot until the period ends.
  • Refunds usually take 1 to 2 business days to process, sometimes up to five, plus your card issuer's time.
  • On a yearly plan, PagePilot refunds the balance after charging the months used at the monthly price. Its example: two months into a yearly Lite plan, $78 (two months at $39) is deducted.
  • A "minimal processing fee" may apply to full refunds; the amount is not stated.

Support is listed as 24/7 through live chat, email, social media and a Discord server, and the contact email in the terms is info@pagepilot.ai.

Images, AI content and your responsibility

PagePilot's terms of service, last updated May 3, 2023, include two points every merchant should read:

  • Images: the terms say images "generated or provided" by the service for landing pages are for informational purposes only, that PagePilot does not own them, that they may belong to other businesses, and that you agree not to use them without obtaining permission and licenses from the owners. This sits awkwardly with the site's promotion of AI product images, so treat any image, especially photos pulled from a supplier listing, as something you must have the rights to use.
  • AI content: PagePilot does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated text and says you use it at your own risk.

In practice, check every claim the AI writes about your product (materials, sizes, certifications, health or performance claims) against what you can actually back up, and make sure shipping times and return terms on the page match your real policies. US consumer protection rules apply to what your page says, not to the tool that wrote it. The terms' copyright (DMCA) section also still contains placeholder text instead of a named agent, which suggests the document has not been fully finished.

Privacy and data handling

The privacy policy, also dated May 3, 2023, is short. It says PagePilot collects your email address, name, IP address and usage data, uses cookies, shares data with service providers who act on its behalf, and transfers data to the US. You can ask to access, update or delete your personal information by emailing info@pagepilot.ai. The policy does not describe what data PagePilot accesses from your connected Shopify store or how long it keeps it; Shopify's app installation screen shows the permissions an app requests, so review those when you connect.

Who PagePilot suits, and who should skip it

  • Good fit: Shopify sellers and dropshippers launching or testing several products a month who want templated, editable product pages and AI images in one place; agencies managing a few stores on Scaler.
  • Try first: anyone unsure whether the templates suit their brand or theme; use the trial before paying, because creating a page on a paid plan ends refund eligibility.
  • Think twice: if you sell only a handful of products that rarely change, since a one-time theme customization may cost less than a monthly subscription.
  • Skip: if you are not on Shopify, or if you want a tool that promises income; PagePilot builds pages, and results depend on your products and marketing.

PagePilot coupon codes

We did not find a verified public coupon code, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. The savings PagePilot lists on its own site are the free trial with no credit card, and yearly billing, which it labels as "2 Free Months" ($33, $49 or $83 a month instead of $39, $59 or $99). Any working offers we find are listed on our PagePilot coupons page.

Frequently asked questions

Is PagePilot free?

There is a free trial with no credit card required. You can create pages and connect your store, but publishing pages to Shopify requires a paid plan starting at $39 a month.

Can I get a refund from PagePilot?

Only within 14 days of your last payment and only if you have not created or imported any pages since subscribing. Yearly plans are refunded minus the months used at the monthly price, and a processing fee may apply.

What happens to my pages if I cancel?

PagePilot says pages and imported products remain live, but you can no longer edit those pages in the Shopify customizer once your subscription ends.

Can I use the product images PagePilot provides?

Be careful. The terms say images provided by the service may belong to other businesses and that you must get permission from the owners before using them. Use images you own, licensed images, or your own product photos.

The bottom line

PagePilot is a focused Shopify page builder that can turn a product link into a polished, editable product page with AI images and copy, and its unlimited-page Starter plan suits sellers who test many products. Before subscribing, use the free trial thoroughly, because the refund policy ends as soon as you create a page on a paid plan. Check every AI-written claim, use only images you have rights to, and treat the revenue figures on the site as marketing rather than a forecast.
