SuperX Review: X (Twitter) Analytics, Scheduling Plans, Refund Terms and What to Know

SuperX is a growth tool for X (formerly Twitter) that combines a Chrome extension for in-feed analytics with a web app for writing, scheduling, engagement and automation. It is aimed at creators, founders and teams who post on X regularly. Paid plans listed on the pricing page run from $49 to $199 per month, and new users start with a free trial.

This review covers what SuperX does, what each plan includes, the main features, the cancellation and refund terms, what its privacy policy says about your X account data, and who it suits. We have not used SuperX on a live account; everything here comes from SuperX's website, pricing page, terms and privacy policy.

At a glance Checked October 2026

SuperX suits people who post on X often and want analytics, AI drafting and scheduling in one place, with a browser extension that shows stats while you scroll. All plans include the web app and Chrome extension, multiple connected accounts and API access. The catch: refunds are only case by case within 7 days, the trial length is not stated, and some automation features (auto DMs, auto-retweets) need careful use to stay within X's own rules.

  • Best for: Creators, founders and small teams who post on X daily and want scheduling, analytics and AI drafts together.
  • Typical price: Pro $49/month; Advanced $49/month at a launch price (normally $99); Ultra $199/month.
  • Free to try: free trial on all plans; length not stated on the pricing page.
  • Cancellation: cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the paid period; refunds case by case if you ask within 7 days.
  • Watch out for: results depend on X's algorithm and rules, which SuperX does not control; monthly allowances do not roll over.

What SuperX does

SuperX describes itself as a platform to "grow and monetize your audience" on X. It is run by TMAKER, a French company based in Paris, trading as SuperX. The service has several parts:

  • Chrome extension: adds analytics to X as you browse, including your impressions over time, follower changes, a summary of your recent posts, replies and reposts, and the top posts and stats of any profile you visit.
  • Web app: a post queue, AI writing and rewriting, a scheduler, an inspiration feed of high-performing posts in your niche, a mentions inbox and analytics.
  • Automations: auto-retweeting your own posts, adding a link or call to action when a post passes an engagement threshold, sending DMs to people who engage, and deleting low-performing posts.
  • Developer access: an API, a command-line tool and an MCP server for connecting AI assistants.

The company says SuperX is used by 11,294+ creators and that its users have sent more than 400,000 posts and replies. Testimonials on the homepage cite large follower and impression gains; those are individual user claims, and growth on X depends mainly on your content, your niche and how X's algorithm treats it at the time.

Plans and pricing

Prices are per month in US dollars, billed in advance by subscription through Stripe. The pricing page listed three plans and no permanently free tier:

  • Pro ($49 per month): 5 connected X accounts, 500 posts a month scheduled at suggested times, 750 AI credits a month, X Articles publishing, 1 Signal Agent with 750 leads a day, 1,000 auto DMs a month, 10 AI article covers a month, import of your latest 5,000 followers, cross-posting to Bluesky, full API, CLI and MCP access, and the web app plus Chrome extension.
  • Advanced ($49 per month, "launch price, normally $99"): everything in Pro plus the AI Post and Thread Writer, 1,500 AI credits a month with more advanced models, SuperX Engage with 750 replies a month, 3 Signal Agents with 3,000 leads a day, a library of 10M+ viral posts, 750 posts a month, 20 AI article covers, a 25,000-follower import and API access at 120 requests per minute. SuperX labels it "Most Popular".
  • Ultra ($199 per month): everything in Advanced with higher limits: 10 connected X accounts, 3,000 posts a month, 4,000 AI credits (expandable to 100,000), 3,000 Engage replies, 5 Signal Agents with 7,500 leads a day, 5,000 auto DMs a month with up to 100 bulk DMs a day, API access at 400 requests per minute and priority support.

At the time of writing Pro and Advanced were shown at the same $49 monthly price, which makes Advanced the better value while the launch price lasts. SuperX does not say when the launch price ends, so check the amount at checkout. We did not see an annual billing option.

Two usage notes from the FAQ and terms: publishing an X Article counts as two posts toward your monthly quota and requires X Premium on the connected account, and plan allowances reset each month without rolling over (credits bought separately stay on your account until used).

Key features

  • In-feed analytics: impressions over time, post categories, follower growth and an activity summary, plus top posts for any profile you visit.
  • AI Shield: the extension shows a likelihood that a reply was AI-generated, so you can filter out replies that look automated.
  • Inspiration and drafting: a daily feed of high-performing posts in your niche and AI-generated post suggestions in your writing style.
  • Scheduler: posts are queued for times when SuperX estimates your audience is most active.
  • Engage and mentions: suggestions of posts worth replying to and a single inbox for mentions.
  • Signal Agents: lead discovery that surfaces accounts or conversations matching criteria you set.
  • Automations and DMs: auto-retweets, auto-plugs and auto DMs within each plan's limits.
  • Teams: multiple connected accounts per plan for brand, founder and product accounts.

X platform rules and automation

SuperX connects to your account through X's API and third-party X data providers, so it is bound by X's rules and can change if X changes its API or policies. SuperX's own terms say you must not use the service to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, post content that breaks the X Rules or Developer Agreement, or "automate actions in a way X prohibits", and that SuperX may suspend accounts that put its access to X at risk. In practice, use auto DMs, auto-replies and auto-retweets sparingly and check X's current automation rules before switching them on. AI-written drafts and replies can be wrong or off-tone, and the terms make clear you are responsible for what you publish.

Cancellation, refunds and billing

  • Cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: handled case by case; you need to contact SuperX within 7 days of purchase. The terms add that EU consumers keep their statutory right of withdrawal.
  • Plan changes: upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, according to the FAQ.
  • Payment: major credit cards through Stripe; some older accounts are billed through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Trial: the pricing page offers a free trial and a free "SuperX Playbook" guide when you start one, but does not state the trial length or whether a card is needed. Check before entering payment details and set a reminder.

The terms are governed by French law, with disputes going to the courts of Paris, without prejudice to consumer protections in your own country. Support is at support@superx.so.

Privacy and data handling

According to SuperX's privacy policy:

  • It stores your X user ID, username and profile details, X access tokens so it can read and post for you, your posts, analytics and data about accounts you track or contact, and your drafts and AI conversations.
  • Content you send to AI features is processed by third-party model providers; the policy names OpenRouter routing to models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google.
  • The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
  • SuperX says it does not sell your personal information. It uses Google Analytics and PostHog, plus Meta advertising cookies, which outside the EU load by default.
  • You can disconnect X accounts in the app and revoke access from X's settings. To delete your SuperX account and data, you email support@superx.so.
  • The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

Who SuperX suits, and who should skip it

  • Good fit: people who post on X most days and want analytics, AI drafts and scheduling in one tool; founders and small teams running several accounts; developers who want API or MCP access.
  • Think twice: if you post occasionally, since a $49 monthly plan is hard to justify, or if you plan to lean heavily on automated DMs and replies, which carry the most risk under X's rules.
  • Skip: if you only want basic stats; X's own analytics may be enough. Also skip if you need a guaranteed refund window, as refunds are discretionary.

SuperX coupon codes

We did not find a verified public coupon code, and we do not publish codes we cannot check. What SuperX lists on its own site is a free trial for new users, a free 20+ page "SuperX Playbook" when you start a trial, and the Advanced plan at a $49 launch price instead of the usual $99 per month, with no end date given. SuperX also runs an affiliate program. Any working offers we find are listed on our SuperX coupons page.

Frequently asked questions

Is SuperX free?

The pricing page lists only paid plans from $49 per month, with a free trial to start. Some testimonials on the extension page mention a free plan, but none was listed on the pricing page when we checked.

Can I cancel SuperX anytime?

Yes. SuperX says you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Does SuperX offer refunds?

Refunds are decided case by case, and you need to contact SuperX within 7 days of purchase.

Will SuperX grow my followers?

SuperX provides analytics, scheduling and AI drafting tools, but it cannot guarantee follower growth. Results depend on your content, audience and X's algorithm and rules.

Is SuperX safe for my X account?

SuperX connects through X's API and you can revoke access from X's settings. Its terms forbid spam and automation that X prohibits, so how you use automation features matters.

The bottom line

SuperX packs analytics, AI writing, scheduling, engagement tools and automation for X into one subscription, with a Chrome extension that brings stats into your feed. At $49 a month for Pro or the Advanced launch price it suits people who treat X as a serious channel, while Ultra at $199 is for heavy multi-account use. Start with the trial, confirm its length and the price at checkout, use automation within X's rules, and remember that refunds are discretionary after 7 days.
